Morales Total Care LLC provides Personal Care Assistance, Home Health Aide, House Cleaning Service, Home Health Care, Personal Care Aide, Residential Cleaning, In-home Care, Home Cleaning Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Morales Total Care LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Morales Total Care LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Morales Total Care LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Morales Total Care LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OH.
